BtoB Events Limited

Organisers of

West Africa Automotive Show

The West Africa Automotive Show is unarguably the largest automotive aftermarket exhibition organised in Nigeria by BtoB Events Limited since 2019; bring together manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and anyone else involved in the West African Automotive Industry.

The venue of the Show that continues to attract hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of automotive professionals as well as enthusiastic automotive visitors yearly is the Landmark Center located in a serene, highbrow area of Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.

BtoB Events’ Managing Director, Jamie Hill while looking forward to seeing the regional automotive sector come together under one roof as he launched WAAS in 2019, said:

“We have a wealth of international exhibitors looking to bring high-tech equipment to Nigeria for the first time and a large number of local exhibitors are looking to expand their business and increase exports to surrounding countries.”

Nigeria, the United Kingdom, Turkey, China, India, the United States of America, Indonesia, Thailand, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, and Poland were among the other countries that participated in the West Africa Automotive Show (WAAS).

The annual Shows also featured conference sessions during which expert automotive resource persons presented relevant papers.

However, in order to support Nigerian companies at the exhibitions, the WAAS organisers while giving a hint of constant side-show small conferences (in 2019) to throw the spotlight on local businesses, said through Mr. Jamie Hill, the Managing Director/CEO that:

“It is great to give the local companies a platform to grow their market share, increase exports and highlight that the Nigerian original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) are not out of place amongst the global companies,”

“At the same time, local entrepreneurs will be able to meet with their overseas counterparts and see what the global aftermarket industry has to offer with a range of products from across four continents.

Interestingly, Luqman Mamudu, former Director of Planning and Strategy of National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) chaired the 2023 Conference Sessions.

BtoB Events Limited is noted for also orgainsing Beauty West Africa & Food and Beverage West Africa Shows annually in Nigeria.
